For the first time in the country’s history, Venezuela will host an international gaming and iGaming conference. The inaugural Venezuela Gaming Expo will take place in Caracas between August 12-14 2026, organized by SCCG LATAM.
The Expo will run for three days and will bring together the country’s gaming regulators, operators, banking partners, and international providers in a format designed for substance over spectacle.
Pre-registration is open now for industry leaders who want early access to programming, exclusive sessions with the regulators, and direct introductions to the Venezuelan operating community.
Why this matters
Venezuela has had no dedicated international gaming conference. Operators and providers have monitored the market from a distance, with no convening venue to engage directly with the regulators who govern it. The Expo closes that gap.
Government officials from all three of Venezuela’s license-emitting gaming bodies will attend: the Comisión Nacional de Casinos, Salas de Bingo y Máquinas Traganíqueles (CNC), the Comisión Nacional de Lotería (CONALOT), and the Superintendencia Nacional de Actividades Hípicas (SUNAHIP). The Instituto Nacional de Hipódromos (INH), which operates national horse racing and sports betting infrastructure under SUNAHIP’s regulatory umbrella, will also be represented. Each body governs a distinct vertical and licensing pathway, and each will be available for direct conversations during the event.

Format
The Expo is built around outcome. Most trade shows put speakers on stages and exhibitors on floors. The Venezuela Gaming Expo combines three formats into one event:
- A conference programme curated by operators for operators. Topics span market entry, regulatory navigation, payments and banking infrastructure, and cross-border distribution. Keynote speakers will include Venezuelan government officials and industry leaders making the case for the country’s emergence.
- A social and networking layer. Caracas itself becomes the experience. The agenda includes hosted dinners, hotel-based receptions, and curated time with the city’s gaming community.
- A dedicated business meetings room. SCCG LATAM facilitates introductions between operators, providers, banking partners, and investors in private sessions designed for partnership and deal flow rather than passive networking.
Scale and audience
The Expo is sized for high-quality engagement, not mass attendance. The format will accommodate about 60 exhibitor tables and approximately 3,000 attendees. The expected audience composition includes:
- Government officials from CNC, CONALOT, SUNAHIP, and INH
- Leading Venezuelan operators across casino, lottery, sports betting, and horse racing
- Banking partners with crypto and traditional payment licensing
- International providers, content houses, and technology platforms
- Investors evaluating LATAM exposure
Venue
The Venezuela Gaming Expo will be held at the Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Caracas, located in one of the best areas in the east of Caracas. The venue sits near the financial district and within minutes of the city’s main shopping centres, giving attendees direct access to the commercial heart of the capital.
Eurobuilding combines full conference facilities with hotel accommodations on site, allowing the conference programme, hosted dinners, networking sessions, and the dedicated business meetings room to flow within a single venue.
Address: Calle La Guarita, Chuao, Caracas, Venezuela.
