One commercial, in particular, stood out. It first aired on December 2, 2021, during the “Thursday Night Football” Cowboys-Saints game on FOX. This 30-second spot was sponsored by the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and featured former NFL coach and current NFL Network analyst Steve Mariucci. During the commercial, Mariucci revealed the game plan on how to gamble responsibly:

• “Track your bets”
• “Only bet what you can afford.”
