Betfred USA Sports, the US division of UK-based bookmaker Betfred, officially launched their mobile sports book in Maryland on Thursday, February 9th. This was made possible through the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission (MLGCC) issuing a mobile sports wagering license to the operator earlier in the week. With this license in hand, Betfred is now authorized to accept wagers from the general public, following a thorough and successful trial period.
