In 2004, he co-founded Barrick Gaming Corporation, acquiring iconic Las Vegas properties such as the Gold Spike, Plaza, and Las Vegas Club.
As CEO and Chairman of Tablemax, Inc., Stephen advanced gaming technology before founding SCCG Management, which has facilitated over $3 billion in project finance, M&A, and technology innovations. He has been instrumental in launching sports betting for tribal casinos across the U.S., driving economic growth for sovereign nations.
Stephen secured major partnerships with the Cincinnati Bengals, Vegas Golden Knights, and Colorado Rockies, overseeing multi-year agreements that included sponsorships, stadium assets, and market access strategies. SCCG also played a pivotal role in Betfred Sportsbook launches in Nevada, Arizona, Maryland, and Colorado.
