SCCG Take — Vendor differentiation now hinges on practical operator tools paired with authentic campaigns that engage employees and cross platforms where no acquisition channel dominates.
According to Yogonet International, SOFTSWISS has collected two European iGaming Excellence Awards 2026, with wins in the Best Customer Service and Best Marketing Campaign categories.
The Best Customer Service award recognizes the provider's operator support model. SOFTSWISS pairs dedicated account management with technical expertise. Teams address issues from cyberattacks and regulatory requirements to player retention and product adjustments.
The company has integrated this model into its platforms. It recently added Back Office AI Workflow to its Casino Platform. Operators prepare marketing campaigns through natural-language conversations. The tool handles routine tasks inside the platform. This cuts manual work, shortens preparation time, and lets teams test more ideas while operators retain final control.
The Best Marketing Campaign award went to #SOFTSWISSHasMore. The campaign delivers one message: the company's product portfolio extends well beyond the Casino Platform.
SOFTSWISS launched the campaign in May with a self-ironic LinkedIn post by Chief Marketing Officer Valentina Bagniya. She acknowledged that the market had not always seen the full range of the company's products. Employees followed with photos of handwritten signs promoting different products.
The activation moved offline at NEXT Summit Valletta 2026. More than 50 participants held similar signs during the live event. The campaign generated 88 media publications, an estimated reach of 80,000–100,000 through employee LinkedIn posts, and more than 7,000 live viewers.
SOFTSWISS tied the effort to findings in its 2027 iGaming Trends report. Acquisition channels remain fragmented. SEO leads with 18.0% of responses, followed by streamer and influencer marketing at 16.8% and affiliate or partner marketing at 16.2%. No single channel holds the lead. Creative campaigns that connect audiences therefore gain value.
"These two awards recognise different parts of our work, but they are closely connected. Our new positioning reflects how we want partners to experience SOFTSWISS: as a company they can rely on for technology, expertise, and support when business challenges arise," Bagniya said.
She added: "At the same time, #SOFTSWISSHasMore showed that even in a crowded market, a simple and honest idea can attract attention when people genuinely want to take part. We are pleased that both our approach to customer service and the creativity of our team have received this recognition."
SOFTSWISS will showcase its latest product developments, including Back Office AI Workflow, at Stand H4-4029 during SiGMA World Rome. The event takes place November 2-5, 2026. Operators can review the full portfolio, which includes the Casino Platform, the Game Aggregator, the Sportsbook, and the Prediction Markets Platform.
