SCCG Take — Diversified partnerships and AI efficiencies allow suppliers to maintain guidance despite single-market losses, signaling resilience for operators evaluating technology providers.

Kambi Group reported third-quarter revenue of €46m, a 23 per cent increase from €37.4m in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITA rose 161 per cent to €7.9m, lifting the margin to 17.3 per cent from 8.2 per cent. Operating profit reached €5.1m from €1.6m, while gross profit grew 16 per cent to €37.2m.

The latter stages of the FIFA World Cup drove strong betting activity at the start of the quarter. This produced an operator trading margin of 11.9 per cent, the company's second-highest quarterly margin on record.

Nine-Month Performance and Guidance Update

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue rose 13.5 per cent to €135.4m, and adjusted EBITA more than doubled to €21.2m. Kambi updated its full-year adjusted EBITA guidance to approximately €26m, from the prior range of €23m to €27m.

Werner Becher said: “We delivered revenue of €46m in the quarter, a year-on-year increase of 23%, while adjusted EBITA (acq) in the same period more than doubled to €7.9m, reflecting the strength of our diversified business model, continued cost discipline and favourable FX movements. Following this performance, and despite disappointing regulatory changes in Brazil, we are today updating our full-year adjusted EBITA (acq) guidance to around €26m from €23 – 27m.” Becher noted Brazil accounted for a low single-digit percentage of Kambi’s 2026 revenue, though the online gambling ban could remove long-term growth potential.

Commercial Agreements and AI Deployment

Kambi entered a 10-year omni-channel sportsbook and player account management partnership with Station Casinos in Nevada. It also signed Turnkey Sportsbook agreements with Pure Casino Entertainment and QuinnBet, an Odds Feed+ deal with RETABET, and supported multiple operator launches in Alberta’s regulated online market.

Its proprietary AI trading technology now handles 85 per cent of bets across the network and is extending to basketball, American football and table tennis. 59 per cent of AI-traded live bets are now accepted without a live betting delay. The company consolidated Abios, Shape Games and Tzeract under the Kambi brand to improve efficiency. As reported by G3 Newswire, these steps reinforce operational discipline amid regulatory shifts.
