EveryMatrix expanded partnerships by modernizing legacy platforms for Danske Spil and winning migrations from Merkur Group and Betsson. The supplier is positioned for Austria, Finland and New Zealand openings next year after prior New Zealand success with SkyCity. Demand centers on compliant scalability.
SCCG Take — Technical modernization paired with regulatory readiness gives suppliers measurable advantages with both state and private operators entering liberalized markets.
EveryMatrix recorded multiple operator partnerships over the last 12 months. The supplier specialized in converting legacy systems into scalable platforms that meet strict regulatory standards for both state-owned and private licensees.
Daniel Clark, Group Commercial Director at EveryMatrix, outlined the firm's approach in an interview with SBC News. The company has shown operators it can deliver results while satisfying compliance demands across lottery, iGaming and sportsbook verticals.
Danske Spil, the Danish state-owned operator, selected EveryMatrix to update a platform first launched in 2012. The legacy system limited growth. EveryMatrix demonstrated tools to capture new players inside Denmark's regulatory framework.
"We've proven with some of our other partners, Norsk Tipping being one of them, and OPAP, which they can easily relate to, that we can continue to help them grow in the right effective way, but all within the constraints of the compliance and regulatory requirements in Denmark," Clark said.
Merkur Group migrated its proprietary sportsbook platform to EveryMatrix. The global operator, founded by Paul Gauselmann, chose the supplier despite its own technology base. Betsson also engaged the firm to scale rapidly into a new African market.
Austria, Finland and New Zealand plan to admit international online competitors next year. EveryMatrix secured early traction in New Zealand through a prior deal with SkyCity announced toward the end of last year.
The supplier has mapped compliance requirements in each jurisdiction. It intends to brief existing partners on entry opportunities, with particular focus on cross-border efficiencies in Scandinavia. Clark cited continued commercial and delivery momentum plus ambitious targets for the quarters ahead.
These engagements confirm that operators value suppliers capable of blending technical modernization with regulatory adherence. The next test will be execution speed once the three markets formally open.
