SOFTSWISS launched Back Office AI Workflow to let casino operators run tasks like campaign setup and bonus adjustments via natural language AI. Over 80% of organisations have adopted generative AI, with industry maturity at 45 out of 100. Human approval remains mandatory for key actions such as launching tournaments.
SCCG Take — The tool converts AI from experiment to daily operations, cutting configuration time while preserving human controls. Operators will track whether execution speed lifts campaign volume without added headcount.
SOFTSWISS has introduced Back Office AI Workflow, a new feature within its Casino Platform. The tool allows operators to execute supported back-office tasks through natural-language conversations with artificial intelligence.
The functionality enables preparation of promotional campaigns in a single conversation, including creation of player segments, configuration of tournament settings, and preparation of content management system pages. Other tasks include managing player filters, creating tournaments and lotteries, adjusting settings for existing bonuses, configuring game lobbies, and retrieving selected player information within existing access permissions.
More than 80% of betting and gaming organisations have adopted generative AI. The industry's overall AI maturity stands at 45 out of 100, per the SOFTSWISS 2027 iGaming Trends Report.
The system connects AI capabilities with the Casino Platform's existing operational functions, moving beyond recommendations to executing supported tasks. Operators retain responsibility for critical decisions. Actions such as activating tournaments and publishing new CMS pages still require direct human involvement.
Mykhailo Hrechyna, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, said: "For casino operators, campaign speed has a direct commercial value. The sooner a marketing initiative is ready to launch, the sooner it can start engaging players and generating revenue. At the same time, teams need the capacity to test more ideas without constantly expanding their resources."
Hrechyna added: "Back Office AI Workflow addresses both challenges by bringing AI directly into everyday operations. We see this as a practical step towards making AI part of how casino businesses run, rather than a separate tool they experiment with."
The launch forms part of SOFTSWISS' broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into existing operational processes. In January 2026, the company appointed Denis Romanovskiy as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer.
SOFTSWISS will demonstrate Back Office AI Workflow at SiGMA World Rome, taking place from November 2 to 5, 2026, at Fiera Roma. The company will showcase the functionality at Stand H4-4029. This development was reported by Yogonet International.
