The first night ran from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at The Studio on East 6th Street. A second night of activities followed in downtown Austin on October 24. The activation featured six hourly Spin the Wheel leaderboard competitions, with three rounds each night starting at 9 p.m., 10 p.m., and 11 p.m.
Registered eligible players received five free spins with no purchase required. Additional eligible spins could count toward the relevant leaderboard under the official rules. The five highest-scoring eligible players per round qualified for technology prizes that included a smartphone, Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, AirPods 5, Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 cameras, and Loop Experience 2 earplugs.
LoneStar determined winners using its platform records at the end of each round. Winners collected prizes in person within the specified claim period. Entry was restricted to eligible participants aged 21 and above. The events included a DJ area, venue bar, and LoneStar-branded screens. The DJ introduced each competition and announced winners. A neon installation served as a backdrop for guest photographs and social media content.
LoneStar positioned two branded vehicles along East 6th Street. Eligible registered guests who met the requirements could take part in downtown Austin ride-alongs with a professional driver, subject to waiver requirements and applicable terms. The promotional campaign extended across Austin throughout October with 10 branded pedicabs operating around the city, including during race weekend.
LoneStar ran a billboard campaign from October 23 to 26. Local content creators participated in the activation, producing material centred on Austin's nightlife, lifestyle, luxury, and automotive scene. Additional micro-creators from the area attended and shared their experiences. The activation is detailed in reporting by Yogonet International.
