International Entertainment Corp will launch its wholly owned LaVie Resort & Casino Manila iGaming platform in mid-to-late November 2026. The platform offers remote table games, RNG casino titles and sports betting, fully operated and certified under PAGCOR rules. It positions LaVie as one of only two Philippine casino operators running an internal online model.

SCCG Take — Full internal control may improve margins and compliance oversight for IEC but requires proven in-house technical capability. Philippine operators will watch whether self-run platforms outperform partnered models on customer acquisition and GGR contribution.

International Entertainment Corp will launch a self-operated online gaming platform at its LaVie Resort & Casino in Manila. The platform, branded LaVie Resort & Casino Manila, is scheduled to commence operations in mid-to-late November 2026. It represents Phase Two of the group's online gaming business following an earlier partnership for Phase One.

IEC will solely own the platform and will develop, control, operate, manage and maintain all gaming software, systems, technologies and equipment. The platform will be certified by GLI or other laboratories accredited by PAGCOR. All operational facilities, hardware and infrastructure will be supplied and maintained internally.

Platform Offerings and Technical Setup

The platform will deliver remote play of physical table games and slot machines from a designated area at the Malate property. Listed table games include Commission Baccarat, Super 6 Baccarat and Tiger Baccarat. Human dealers and supporting systems are already in place.

RNG-based games will feature online slots, table games, poker, bingo and arcade titles that incorporate entertainment or skill elements. Bookmaking and sports betting services will be arranged by subsidiary New Coast Leisure Inc, the entity holding the group's online gaming licenses. IEC previously stated that the online expansion would broaden its revenue base, improve operational scalability and create new growth drivers.

Internal Model Among Philippine Casino Operators

LaVie becomes one of several land-based casino operators in the Philippines to add an online arm. It is one of only two pursuing an internal solution, alongside Solaire. Other properties including Newport World Resorts, Okada Manila, Hann Casino Resort and NUSTAR Resort Cebu have launched platforms through a partnership with PhilWeb Corp.

This self-run approach gives IEC direct oversight of compliance, technology and operations in a regulated domestic market. Regulators will track how such internal platforms perform on channelisation and suitability standards once live. The launch provides a concrete test of whether full ownership delivers the scalability and growth the group has projected.
