OLG has added IC360’s integrity dashboard, ProhiBet and Bad Actor to its PROLINE platform, which uses Kambi technology. OLG is the first Ontario government agency to adopt Bad Actor for athlete protection. The tools target suspicious patterns, prohibited wagers and threats to sports participants.

SCCG Take — The integration shows how provincial operators can bolt specialised compliance technology onto existing platforms. Execution will turn on whether alert volume remains manageable and produces timely league-level outcomes.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has integrated Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) tools into its PROLINE platform. The partnership adds an integrity monitoring dashboard together with ProhiBet and Bad Actor solutions. IC360 states that OLG is the first government agency in Ontario to adopt Bad Actor.

The agreement covers OLG’s online and retail sportsbook operations, which rely on Kambi’s omnichannel technology. ProhiBet and Bad Actor apply specifically to digital sports betting. The integrity monitoring dashboard brings together global odds, anonymised betting activity and official data feeds.

ProhiBet flags athletes, coaches, officials and league staff to block prohibited wagers. Bad Actor, developed with Signify, addresses threats, fraud and harassment aimed at sports participants. OLG said the tools will strengthen its ability to identify and report suspicious betting patterns, enforce wagering restrictions and help sports organisations bar certain individuals from betting.

“Maintaining the integrity of our PROLINE gaming platform is always paramount,” said Greg Sindall, OLG Senior Director of Digital Sports Product and iSports Product. “IC360’s robust monitoring and alert systems provide real-time feedback to ensure that our business and our players are protected. Additionally, ProhiBet flags prohibited players, preventing them from wagering on our events.”

The deployment follows an April measure that requires online players under the age of 25 to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Research cited by OLG showed younger adults face greater potential vulnerability to gambling-related harm.

Dashboard and Detection Mechanics

The integrity monitoring dashboard aggregates disparate data streams into a single operational view. ProhiBet and Bad Actor layer targeted controls on top of that feed. As reported by Focus Gaming News, the combination equips OLG to act on real-time signals without replacing its core Kambi infrastructure.

Integrity Gains and Implementation Limits

The partnership equips a major provincial operator with specialised detection at the point where digital volume is highest. Yet the tools apply only to digital sports betting, leaving retail execution dependent on separate processes. Regulators and operators elsewhere will track whether the dashboard’s alerts translate into faster league notifications and measurable reductions in prohibited activity over the next reporting cycle.
