St8 recorded 10358 MCP queries from July to mid-October 2026, with weekly volume up 91 percent and a 128 percent two-month rise. Usage follows business-day patterns and scales under load without disruption. The data confirms operators are embedding agentic AI in daily aggregation tasks.
SCCG Take — Rapid query growth signals that verifiable back-office efficiencies will drive faster AI integration by operators seeking workflow advantages in competitive markets.
St8 logged 10358 AI-handled queries through its Model Context Protocol integration in the three months after the July 2026 launch. Weekly usage rose 91 per cent from 490 queries in the first week to 935 in the week of 11 October 2026. The figures come from a focus group of operators using the back-office AI assistant for reports, configurations and issue flagging.
Usage climbed 128 per cent in the past two months from 426 queries in the week of 16 August to 972 in the week of 4 October. Daily activity drops over weekends before rebounding on Mondays, tracking business-hours operations. The system managed surges of 1907 queries across two recent weeks and a single-week spike of 2679 in August without service interruption. Activity increased more than 50 per cent after St8 showcased the assistant at SBC Summit Lisbon in September.
Vlad Negine, CEO at St8, stated that the MCP integration was launched to simplify operator interactions with the platform. The data shows increased usage and an upward trajectory that demonstrates positive impact on operational efficiency. As aggregation platforms compete on integration speed and efficiency, these metrics highlight how AI tools fit into existing regulated-market workflows. The three-month totals and sustained scaling supply concrete evidence of adoption rather than pilot interest alone.
