QCI expanded QCI Metrics for next-day data on nearly 100,000 machines, versus traditional six-week reports. It adds theme-name normalization, feeds QCI Slots for benchmarking, and remains exclusive to customers. Demonstration is set for G2E 2026.
SCCG Take — Operators receive a compressed test-and-learn cycle that supports faster floor adjustments. The exclusive model ties real-time market data to QCI’s installed base.
Quick Custom Intelligence has expanded QCI Metrics to supply next-day industry performance data across nearly 100,000 gaming machines. Traditional reports can take up to six weeks. The accelerated access lets slot teams test modifications, review outcomes and adjust tactics while the numbers remain current.
David Jacques Farahi, executive chairman of QCI, said: “Having run a floor myself, I know the hard part was never the idea. It was waiting a quarter to find out if it worked.” Farahi added that the platform changes what a slot director can know about their floor and how quickly, enabling operators to test, learn, iterate and optimize. The former quarters-long cycle can now occur in weeks or less.
The expansion adds advanced theme-name normalization. This standardizes inconsistent game and theme names across sources. It produces more consistent performance comparisons across properties, manufacturers and markets.
QCI Metrics data flows into QCI Slots. Operators can benchmark their results against the wider market and feed the information into recommendation tools. The service is available only to QCI customers and is expected to cover more than 100,000 games after current rollouts finish.
QCI will demonstrate the updated platform at G2E 2026, set for Sept. 28–Oct. 1, at Booth #2440. The rollout underscores a clear operator demand for timely floor intelligence over delayed aggregate reports, according to reporting by Indian Gaming. With normalized data and rapid integration, slot directors gain a tighter loop between decision and measured result.
