SCCG Take — This hire adds proven regional execution depth that should accelerate Aramont’s technical service rollout for Asian casino operators.
Aramont Company Limited has appointed Stephen Ng Shui Sing as Director of Technical Operations, effective from this Thursday 10 September 2026.
Ng assumes a newly created post. He will lead the Technical Operations department and drive exploration, development and growth of technical services across the Asia region.
Ng joins after a 16-year tenure with Suzo Happ Asia Limited, serving as Operations Director Asia from 2010 to 2026. He led gaming and OEM account sales across the region, managed technical service and product teams, and negotiated contracts with procurement and casino administration departments throughout Asia.
Ng represented the company at major international trade shows and directed customer support and after-sales service operations. His achievements included leading research, development and market entry of the Display Audit Device (DAD) and Fast Action Baccarat (FAB) hardware in Macau. Both products reached dominant market share and earned him the 2015 New Talent Business Award of Macau.
He played a key role supplying gaming and non-gaming products for openings including Galaxy Macau, Wynn Palace, MGM Cotai, Broadway and Resorts World Manila (now Newport World Resorts). Ng managed OEM account relationships with IGT, Paltronics, Konami, Aruze and Sega Sammy.
Jothy Sitharthan, CEO of Aramont Company Limited, said: “With more than 16 years of experience in the Asian gaming industry spanning technical operations, business development and product commercialization, Mr Ng brings a rare combination of technical depth, commercial insight and regional market knowledge to Aramont. We are confident that with Mr Ng joining the Aramont family, we will bring our business to the next level.”

We have worked across Asia's land-based and tech supply chain for decades, and this matters because Aramont is moving from advisory to delivery—hiring someone who has built, shipped and supported actual hardware at scale in Macau and Manila signals they are ready to compete on infrastructure and service, not just consulting.
SCCG angle: We connect suppliers and operators across Asia's regulated markets every day. If you're scaling technical services or looking for vetted partners who can deliver on the ground in Macau, Manila or emerging jurisdictions, SCCG knows who has real operational chops and how to structure those deals—because we have been in those boardrooms and on those casino floors for 30 years.
