TL;DR — QCI launched QCI Resorts as a single real-time platform merging hospitality, gaming, finance and related functions without legacy integrations. Cardno called it his largest project in 20 years, replacing fragmented systems with agentic intelligence for faster decisions. The solution debuts at G2E 2026 booths 2440 and 2644.
SCCG Take — Resort operators face pressure to retire disconnected systems that impair guest experience. Unified platforms with native financial and agentic layers offer a concrete path to reduce operational drag.
Quick Custom Intelligence has released QCI Resorts, a unified operating platform built for contemporary resort and casino functions. Andrew Cardno, co-founder and CTO of Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), described the project as the culmination of two decades of work on integrated resort challenges.
As reported by CDC Gaming, the platform combines hospitality, marketing, loyalty, food and beverage, finance, and enterprise operations into one real-time environment. It removes dependence on separate systems, complex integrations, data warehouses, and delayed reporting. Cardno said the solution delivers live operational intelligence that powers every department.
Intelligence agents within the platform help operators interpret current conditions, predict near-term developments, and execute decisions without lag. Cardno noted that legacy methods of linking independent systems now belong to another era. The unified model supplies all departments with identical live data.
“We have solved the problem of giving the customer a unified experience across the entire resort and all of the amenities that have been created within a beautiful resort property in a unified way,” Cardno said. He characterized casino resorts as collections of experiences within the “business of fun,” where consumers seek varied activities.
Cardno observed that operating 20 separate systems produces fragmented, disjointed guest journeys. He cited sports amenities, bowling alleys, and movie theaters as examples of ongoing diversification in resort offerings.
The platform’s evolution adds native financial management directly into the core system. This extension covers gaming, hospitality, finance, marketing, loyalty, food and beverage, hotel operations, and enterprise functions. Executives gain one real-time intelligence layer to track financial performance, operational metrics, and guest behavior.
“QCI Resorts is what the industry needs to be unified,” Cardno said.
QCI will present the platform at Booth #2440 and operate the QCI Resorts Experience at Booth #2644 during Global Gaming Expo 2026 in Las Vegas. The activation includes a branded RV, demonstration areas, meeting spaces, and discussions on resort technology.
“G2E will be a central focus for us,” Cardno said. “We are moving. This is an entirely new business for us. It is an industry-changing move.”

We've watched resort operators wrestle with 20-plus disconnected systems for years—it kills guest experience and slows decisions. QCI's single real-time platform with native finance and agentic intelligence is the kind of foundational shift that changes how properties actually operate day-to-day, not just a middleware Band-Aid.
SCCG angle: We've connected platforms across 545 gaming partners in every regulated market—we know which operators are actively shopping unified stacks and which technology partners complement or compete with QCI. If you're evaluating real-time resort platforms or need to benchmark QCI against your current roadmap, we broker those introductions and provide the competitive context you won't get from a booth demo.
