High Roller Completes Key Steps Toward 2026 Launch of ROLR Prediction Market

TL;DR — High Roller Technologies nears 2026 launch of its ROLR prediction market after June NFA registration as an introducing broker and a development deal with DeepEther Labs. Crypto.com will handle funds and liquidity under a 24-month U.S. exclusivity. Young called prediction markets his career’s largest opportunity.

SCCG Take — The introducing broker model allowed High Roller to bypass licensing delays and reach final launch stages. This structure offers a faster path while preserving future options for full exchange infrastructure.

High Roller Technologies has moved its ROLR prediction market into the final stages of preparation for a U.S. launch. CEO Seth Young confirmed the timeline in comments to Gambling Insider, stating the company holds regulatory approvals and has technology development nearly complete.

Young said the company will be launching this year. It maintains a target date and remains on track. An exact launch announcement is expected shortly. Most regulatory and technology groundwork has concluded.

Regulatory Clearance Via Introducing Broker Structure

High Roller cleared its primary regulatory step in June. Subsidiary ROLR US LLC gained National Futures Association membership and registered as an Introducing Broker. The structure permits customer acquisition and onboarding while Crypto.com FCM holds funds and supplies trading infrastructure.

Young explained the decision. “We went this route so we didn’t have to have the licensing process be a blocker for us to go live,” he said. The partnership grants immediate liquidity access and speeds market entry. ROLR holds U.S. exclusivity with Crypto.com for 24 months beginning in April. The deal allows international expansion and leaves High Roller free to seek its own FCM, DCM, and DCO registrations later. At launch ROLR will adopt Crypto.com’s compliance framework.

Technology Readiness and Strategic Realignment

High Roller signed a platform license and development agreement with DeepEther Labs, creator of mrkts.com. The arrangement covers the customer ROLR app plus integrations with Crypto.com and CDNA. High Roller obtains ownership of the app and broad rights to the prediction market technology.

“The tech readiness is nearly there,” Young said. “We’re in really the final throes at this point.” App Store submission remains the final major hurdle. Young termed the process tedious and difficult.

The launch aligns with a strategic shift detailed in High Roller’s second-quarter results. The company is reducing legacy activities and centering prediction markets as its growth priority. Young termed prediction markets “the biggest opportunity that I’ve seen in my 20-plus-year career.”

The introducing broker route let High Roller skip licensing delays and get live fast while preserving future FCM optionality.

We're watching prediction markets mature from hype to real launches — this is the first major U.S. retail play hitting market. High Roller chose speed over control: the IB model gets them live but locks liquidity to Crypto.com for 24 months. That trade-off tells you where CEO Young sees urgency and opportunity.

SCCG angle: SCCG helps clients navigate the IB versus full exchange decision — we've placed partners with FCMs, connected prediction market tech builders to compliance advisors, and know the NFA process inside out. If you're weighing speed to market against long-term control like High Roller just did, we map the trade-offs with operators who've been there.
