SCCG Management LLC (“SCCG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates sccgmanagement.com (the “Site”) and provides advisory services to the global gambling and gaming industry. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

Information you provide directly. When you subscribe to our newsletters, request a research report, contact us through a form, RSVP to an event, or correspond with us, you may provide us with your name, email address, company name, job title, country, and any other details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

Information from third parties. We may obtain business contact information from publicly available sources or business-data providers for the purpose of industry outreach.

5. Sale of Personal Information

SCCG Management does not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information about consumers in the preceding twelve months and have no plans to do so.

Email opt-out. Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. You can also email us at the address in Section 11 to request removal from our mailing lists.

Nevada residents (SB 220). Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to direct a website operator to not sell certain personal information that the operator has collected or will collect about the consumer. SCCG does not sell personal information, but you may still submit a verified request by emailing us at the address in Section 11 with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out Request” and including your name and email address. We will respond within sixty (60) days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California consumers have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11 with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or port your personal information, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The legal bases on which we process your personal information are your consent (for marketing communications), our legitimate interests (for analytics and service improvement), and our compliance with legal obligations. 7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required to comply with our legal obligations. We periodically delete contacts who have not engaged with our communications for an extended period.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

SCCG Management is based in Nevada, United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are directed to business and industry professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
