Tater: Cross-Platform Discovery for Prediction Markets and Sports Betting

Tater: Cross-Platform Discovery for Prediction Markets and Sports Betting 2

What Tater Does

Tater is a cross-platform discovery and routing layer that sits above every prediction market and sports betting platform. It aggregates real-time odds from 16 platforms, including Polymarket, Kalshi, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and William Hill, into a single AI-powered feed personalized to each user’s interests and expertise.

No single platform can show you what its competitors are pricing. Tater can. When Polymarket has Spain at 16% to win the World Cup and DraftKings has them at 25%, that 9-point gap is invisible unless you check both platforms manually. Tater surfaces these discrepancies automatically across prediction markets and regulated sportsbooks simultaneously.

Tater never holds funds and never executes bets. It earns affiliate revenue by routing informed users to the platform offering the best available price.

The Market Opportunity

The convergence of prediction markets and sports betting has created one of the fastest-growing sectors in consumer finance:

  • Prediction markets grew from $4B to $48B in traded volume between 2024 and 2025, with 130-140% growth projected through 2026. Kalshi alone processed $23.8B in volume during 2025.
  • US sports betting now exceeds $150B in annual handle across 38+ legal states, growing 10-12% annually.
  • The 2026 FIFA World Cup (June 11 to July 19) will be the first World Cup with widespread legal US sports betting, hosted across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Combined prediction market and sportsbook volume is projected to exceed $5B.

Despite this growth, no product combines prediction markets and regulated sportsbooks in a single personalized, mobile-first discovery feed with cross-platform price transparency. Existing tools are platform-specific, desktop-oriented, and built for power users. Tater is designed for the mainstream.

What’s Live Today

Tater is in open beta at taterit.com, with the following capabilities deployed:

Cross-Platform Aggregation. Unified market cards showing the same event across up to 5 platforms with side-by-side pricing. Universal odds conversion between probability percentages, American odds, decimal, and fractional formats.

AI Thesis Search. A conviction-to-opportunity engine powered by large language models. Users type a natural language thesis (“I think Spain is undervalued for the World Cup”) and receive matching markets with cross-platform pricing, causal explanations, and follow-up prompts. Patent-pending methodology.

Behavioral Personalization. Eight signal types tracked across every interaction to build a personalized feed that improves over time. Explore/exploit composition ensures users discover new markets while prioritizing their areas of expertise.

Real-Time Data Pipeline. 572 live markets (399 prediction markets + 173 sports events), 54 cross-platform matched pairs, and 57 dual-price cards showing side-by-side pricing from competing platforms. Feed cache refreshes every 5 minutes.

World Cup 2026 Coverage. 16 WC markets live across 4 platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, DraftKings, William Hill) covering outright winners, group winners, round of 16 advancement, and top goalscorer markets. Full tournament coverage expanding through June 11 kickoff.

Technology and Data Infrastructure

Tater’s technology stack is built for scale and speed:

  • 16 integrated platforms spanning prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi) and Tier 1 sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, BetRivers, William Hill, BetOnline, and others)
  • AI backbone using large language models for intent extraction, market reranking, and dynamic categorization
  • Proprietary cross-match engine that identifies when prediction markets and sportsbooks are pricing the same event, enabling true apples-to-apples comparison
  • B2B API serving external clients with structured cross-platform market data, matched pairs, and historical pricing
  • Autonomous content pipeline generating market analysis and cross-platform narratives for distribution across social, newsletter, and partner channels

Strategic Partnerships

IntualityAI. Real-time predictive analytics integration delivering AI-generated probability forecasts overlaid on live market prices. IntualityAI’s system predicts event outcomes multiple steps into the future, creating a unique “second screen” experience during live sporting events. Currently in pilot for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Sportscaster. Partnership with the 800+ creator network to deliver cross-platform market intelligence to sports content creators. A pilot cohort of 10-15 select creators will receive automated pre-fixture briefs, cross-platform disagreement analysis, and post-match market narratives during the World Cup, powered by Tater’s data pipeline.

SCCG Management. Strategic partner and co-founder involvement through Stephen Crystal. SCCG provides industry network access, legal and regulatory guidance, partnership development, and capital commitment. Tater operates as an independent venture under Tater Labs LLC with SCCG as the institutional backbone.

Competitive Position

Tater occupies a unique position in the market. Existing competitors address fragments of the opportunity:

No competitor combines prediction markets and regulated sportsbooks in one personalized feed with native odds normalization, AI discovery, and cross-platform price transparency.

Defensibility. Tater’s moat deepens over time through behavioral data accumulation (cross-vertical user profiles that compound with usage), planned social lock-in (verified track records and reputation that cannot be ported to competitors), and platform-agnostic positioning (DraftKings cannot show FanDuel’s odds; Tater shows everyone).

Tater Research

Tater publishes original cross-platform market intelligence at taterit.com/research. Unlike platform-native research (Kalshi Research can only analyze Kalshi data; Polymarket insights are limited to Polymarket), Tater Research draws from all 16 integrated platforms simultaneously, surfacing cross-platform pricing patterns, volume discrepancies, and sentiment divergences that no single-platform analysis can detect. Coverage spans prediction markets, sports betting, and cultural events, with World Cup 2026 as the current focus.

World Cup 2026: Go-to-Market Catalyst

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is the single most important event in Tater’s near-term roadmap:

  • 104 matches across 39 days (June 11 to July 19, 2026)
  • 48 teams competing (expanded from 32), hosted across the US, Mexico, and Canada
  • First World Cup with widespread legal US sports betting
  • Cross-platform coverage tracking every match across Polymarket, Kalshi, DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM in real time
  • Automated narrative engine delivering daily market analysis, pre-match previews, post-match wraps, and cross-platform signal alerts
  • IntualityAI predictions overlaid on live match prices for a novel real-time experience

Tater’s World Cup coverage is live now and expanding daily as platforms add markets.
