Role Overview
SCCG is seeking a Director of Casino Sales to lead business development efforts across tribal and commercial brick-and-mortar casinos. This role is focused on introducing and integrating SCCG’s portfolio of platforms, products, and solutions into casino operations through consultative, relationship-driven sales.
This is a senior sales role for someone who understands casino decision-makers, procurement cycles, regulatory realities, and how to navigate complex enterprise sales in gaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development with tribal and commercial casino operators across North America
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with casino executives, tribal leadership, and key stakeholders
- Represent SCCG’s full portfolio of gaming platforms, technology solutions, and advisory services
- Identify operator needs and align SCCG products and partners to deliver measurable value
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction through contract execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner companies to ensure successful deployments and long-term relationships
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and on-property meetings to represent SCCG
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings in land-based gaming
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the gaming industry, preferably in casino technology, systems, or services
- Established relationships with tribal and commercial casino operators
- Proven ability to sell into complex, relationship-driven casino environments
- Strong understanding of casino operations, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
