Ask a casino or a sportsbook how it reaches its own players and you will get four answers. Offers go out by email. One time passcodes go out by text message. Push notifications reach whoever still has the app installed, and they are gone the moment they are dismissed. And the conversation that actually matters, the tips, the big wins, the hype before a big event, happens in a group chat on a platform the operator does not own. Four systems. Four sets of data. No single view of the player.
Cost and access make it worse. Every international player costs more to reach by text message than a domestic one, so the promotional campaign is the line item that gets cut first when the quarter gets tight. And real money gaming is a restricted category on the large consumer messaging apps. Promotional traffic is blocked by default in most markets, and because the restriction follows the subject matter, transactional traffic gets caught alongside it.
As someone who has spent more than three decades putting operators together with the technology that actually solves their problem, I look for products built for a job our client-partners already have to do every single day. Securrr is one of those products. SCCG Management is now representing Securrr in market.
Securrr is an end to end encrypted player messaging and community app, built for iGaming and casino operators. It is an A2P app, meaning application to person: the messages a business sends to its customers, rather than the ones customers send each other. It installs as a plug in to the operator’s own gaming app, and it carries two layers.
The first layer is messaging. Rich media offers, live progress bars, countdowns, leaderboards, event cards and bet slips render inside the message itself rather than as a link out to somewhere else. One tap opens the game, continues play, claims the bonus or confirms a cash out, straight from the message into the operator’s app. Responsible gaming lines, age restrictions and regional terms travel with the message.
The second layer is community. Channels by game and by market, announcements, big wins, a VIP lounge, live chat rooms during events, tournament tables and weekly ladders. All of it under the operator’s own brand, sitting next to the games rather than on an outside platform. Both layers write to the same player record, so the offer and the conversation about it stop living in different systems.
Most operators already run push notifications, so this is the first question the product meets in every room. It deserves a straight answer. A push notification is a one way event. It gets the app open, and then it is gone. Nothing comes back. There is no reply, no thread, and no record of what the player actually wanted.
Securrr turns that event into a conversation. The message stays. The player can answer it. The offer, the reply and the action all sit in one place against the same player record. And when the conversation needs a person, it hands over to one.
This matters because of where Securrr sits. It installs as a plug in to the operator’s own gaming app, which is the same place the push notification already lands. So the operator is not asking players to find a new channel. It is upgrading the one it already uses.
There are four reasons, and they are specific rather than general.
Existing payloads deploy as they are. WhatsApp, RCS and SMS payloads run without a template rebuild and without CRM rework, and an operator can put as many campaigns through at once as it wants to. That matters more than it sounds, because channel migrations do not stall on intent, they stall on effort.
Messages ride data rather than carrier routes. There is no cross border termination fee, so a player in one market costs the same to reach as a player in another. Reach stops being priced by geography.
Conversations are end to end encrypted, on infrastructure built for gaming only rather than shared with every other industry.
And every sender on the network is a licensed operator. No spoofing, no grey routes, and no scam traffic sitting beside the operator’s brand.
Text messaging keeps the job it is good at, carrying one time passcodes and payout confirmations. Nothing upstream has to be rebuilt.
What we are known for at SCCG is placing a capability into the exact job a gaming business already has. We are the translators. Most of the time that means taking something built outside this industry and showing an operator where it fits.
Securrr is the less common case. It arrived already narrowed to gaming, built on an enterprise messaging platform with fifteen years behind it and then rebuilt for a single industry. Gaming is the design brief here, not a compliance risk to be managed around. So our job is not to explain the technology. It is to put it in front of the operators who already carry this problem, and to do it through people those operators already trust. That is the part that does not yield to effort, and it is the part we are paid to solve.
Securrr is on our roster now, and it becomes the newest technology brand in SCCG’s marketing representation programme. We will be supporting it on the ground at G2E in Las Vegas and at SBC Summit Lisbon later this month, get in touch with us now.
Every quarter an operator spends paying a premium to reach its own players on a channel it does not control is a quarter it cannot get back. Operators, sportsbooks and platform providers who want to see how this fits their own stack can schedule a meeting with us at sccgmanagement.com.

We've watched operators spend millions on SMS, push and email while the real player conversation happens on Discord or WhatsApp — platforms they don't control. Securrr solves a daily problem: one encrypted channel, rich media, community, compliance baked in, all under the operator's brand. That's infrastructure worth owning.
SCCG angle: SCCG has Securrr in market now. Our 545-partner network includes the operators, platforms and regulators who need this yesterday — we're positioning it where retention infrastructure and compliance intersect, and where owned channels beat rented ones every time.
