This week, two teams I fancy to score 2+ goals are Chelsea and England U21’s.
First, Chelsea to score 2+ goals in their Club World Cup tie with Esperance Tunis. Chelsea must win to advance to the knockout stage after losing to Flamengo on match day two. The Blues scored twice in their Group D win over Los Angeles FC and should score at least two against Esperance Tunis, who conceded two goals in their matchday one loss to Flamengo.
Next, it’s England U21 to score 2+ goals in their European Championships semi-final against Netherlands on Wednesday. Lee Carsley’s team reached the semifinals by beating Spain 3-1 on Saturday. England faces a Netherlands side that has conceded 2+ goals in two of their four matches, conceding twice against both Finland and Denmark in the group stage.
