The wait is almost over for Saturday’s Champions League final at the Allianz Arena, and we have picked out three selections for the European showpiece.

The Champions League final takes place on Saturday night as Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan clash at the Allianz Arena in Munich.

PSG have enjoyed a fantastic season, landing a fourth successive Ligue 1 title and claiming a 16th Coup de France title. Luis Enrique’s side now have a chance to make this campaign their most successful ever by winning a maiden Champions League title.

Inter Milan are bidding for a fourth European crown, with their last win coming in 2010, but they are coming into the final on the back of domestic disappointment.

The Nerazzurri looked on course to successfully defend their Scudetto crown for much of the campaign but they were pipped at the post by Napoli and defeat this weekend would mean a season without silverware.

Selections

  • PSG to win @ 6/5

  • Ousmane Dembele to score at any time @ 5/2

  • Lautaro Martinez to have 2+ shots on target @ 12/5

PSG can end wait for European crown

The Champions League has been the number one target for PSG for a while now and various managers have come and gone over the years after failing to land Europe’s top prize.

Enrique’s position probably isn’t under threat irrespective of what happens on Saturday night, but the Spanish coach can remove any doubt by guiding Les Parisiens to an historic victory this weekend.

PSG took out Brest, Liverpool, Aston Villa and then Arsenal in the knockout stages and largely looked comfortable in doing so.

They did lose the first leg against the Reds, despite dominating, but then managed to win at Anfield to continue their European quest. They were the better side against Arsenal in both legs in the last four – and they come into the final in blistering form.

PSG have won their last four games and they picked up some silverware at the weekend as they brushed aside Reims in the Coupe de France final.

In contrast, Inter limped over the finish line domestically as they relinquished top spot and the title to Napoli, the Nerazzurri also rode their luck to overcome Barcelona in the semi-finals of this competition, and may find this slick and confident PSG side too good in Munich.

Tip 1: PSG to win @ 6/5

Dembele the danger man for PSG

Ousmane Dembele has endured a career-best season with PSG with eight goals in 14 Champions League games and 33 goals across all competitions.

Dembele suffered a hamstring injury in the first leg of the last-four clash with Arsenal and initially struggled to regain his form, but he looked sharp without scoring when playing the full 90 minutes against Reims last time out.

The France international, who is among the favourites for the 2025 Ballon d’Or, looks the best option for an anytime goal in Saturday’s final.

Tip 2: Ousmane Dembele to score at any time @ 5/2

Accurate Martinez can test the keeper

A PSG win is expected, but Inter Milan will get a few chances and two or more shots on target for star forward Lautaro Martínez appeals here.

The Argentine attacker averages 1.8 attempts per-game in Europe and has been incredibly accurate, with just under 78% of his shots recorded as on target.

Across all competitions, Martinez’s accuracy is around 50% and as he has had multiple attempts in nine of his last 13 games, he looks a strong pick to at least record two shots on target in Saturday’s showpiece.

Tip 3: Lautaro Martinez to have 2+ shots on target @ 12/5
