Frank defends substitutions after jeers from fans
Ruben Amorim criticized Manchester United for being too relaxed after they managed to draw at Tottenham in a match they led for a significant time.
Matthijs de Ligt’s goal in the 96th minute extended United’s unbeaten streak to five games, but their performance fluctuated in a match they controlled following Bryan Mbeumo’s opening goal. They fell behind after goals from Mathys Tel and Richarlison before making a last-minute comeback. Amorim expressed concern about their complacency during portions of the game when they were ahead.
