ABOUT KYLE NEVERETT
Kyle Neverett currently leads all customer retention efforts at Betfred Sportsbook. Kyle previously worked in professional baseball leading up to the COVID pandemic that temporarily put a pause on the world of pro sports. He took the pause as an opportunity and moved to his hometown of Las Vegas, where he quickly joined Betfred Sportsbook as they launched their US venture. He began as a customer service associate and spent the past few years working his way up, gaining valuable experience in all areas of the company. He became passionate about customer retention after seeing how he could use his affinity for sports gambling and marketing, and his lifelong love of sports, to provide the best service possible to existing Betfred Sportsbook customers. Kyle also oversees customer conversion and reactivation efforts. His current day-to-day duties span across multiple departments, from marketing, to product development, to client services, to data analytics.
Kyle is responsible for developing and launching Betfred Rewards, the company’s customer loyalty model, from scratch. Betfred Rewards is a tiered loyalty program that provides players with perks and experiences they cannot get with any other operator and scales up the more you play! Players within Betfred’s rewards programs can receive, but are not limited to, customized weekly promotional offers, personalized service, exclusive contests, tickets, merchandise and much more!
Kyle has also been a regular contributor to the SCCG Newsletter for over two years, writing about recent happenings within the sports and gaming sectors.
