As I reflect on my 20th year attending the ICE London conference, it’s hard not to feel a deep sense of gratitude and excitement for what lies ahead in the gambling industry. One of the most electrifying discussions at the conference centered around Brazil’s emerging gambling market. With new regulations on the horizon, Brazil is poised to become the largest gambling region in all of Latin America. This potential for growth has not only piqued my interest but has also stirred the curiosity and enthusiasm of industry leaders worldwide. The opportunities for development and collaboration in Brazil are immense, and I am eager to see how these will unfold in the near future.
The conference also served as a showcase for the next generation of iGaming platforms and content. Witnessing the unveiling of innovative gaming solutions and technologies was a clear indication that we are on the cusp of a new era in gaming. While there was a sense of nostalgia among attendees about ICE moving to Barcelona next year, I couldn’t help but feel excited about the new possibilities this change represents.
